The bed was comfortable, providing a decent night's rest, but the walls were paper thin. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway disrupted my sleep regularly. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax. The room wasn’t particularly clean, and there was a strong smell of bleach. Temperature control was adequate, but waking up to a lack of coffee was disappointing. The bathroom was stocked with only one towel for two adults. Lighting was dim, and overall ambiance felt uninviting. A frustrating experience for a much-needed getaway.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and clean rooms had potential. The pool area was inviting, and breakfast had its moments, thanks to sweet staff like Rebeka. But ants in the room and a long wait for sheets left a sour taste. Location is great, surrounded by activities and eateries, but the reality didn’t match the glossy photos. Front desk responsiveness could improve significantly. A mixed bag of experiences; it shines in some areas but has room to grow in service and cleanliness. Would recommend for family fun but be ready for a few bumps.

My stay was comfortable for the price. The accommodation had a central location to the lake. And there was Popeyes with short-orders a super close walk to the venue, super convenient.

Overall the place is spotlessly clean and perfect, it met requests. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff as one would expect. The rooms are well decorated here with pullout sofa, the balcony which was old and updated bathroom. The location is central. Thank you guys for the service!

Prime location. Just 10-15 minutes from the airport and major attractions. Welcoming staff made us feel at home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable—ideal for short stays. noise issues are glaring. Thin walls and doors let every sound through. It feels unsafe at times. The pool area and hammocks by the lake are beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Customer service should prioritize accessibility, especially for those with disabilities. While the discounted rate had its benefits, the inflated standard prices are misleading. A thorough assessment of the noise and parking could elevate this experience significantly. Improvements are necessary.

There were a safe, a sitting area and a writing desk in the room, liked that. Everything was beautiful during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. The location was unbeatable for us - close to restaurants and bars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Palazzo Lakeside Hotel. The pool was refreshing, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety from fresh fruits to delicious baked goods. The location by the lake added to the enjoyable atmosphere, creating a perfect getaway!
